i don't think you'll get 400hp out of the stock injectors.

Nope, not 400 with the stock injectors...you will need atleast 440cc injectors to be semi-safe..me personally I would still go slightly larger.

General rule of thumb with the injectors is 1cc per HP...Now I say 440's would cut it close cause there is a good chance if they are used, they arent actually flowing at their original specs. And yes 800cc is a bit on the dramatic side.

I would suggest either 470cc, or at worst 550cc..But keep in mind, with a piggy back system you can only "down tune" so much. A set of clean or new 440's may be sufficient, but get a good tune.

For 400hp the least i would run 525cc but 800cc will be just fine but i wouldn't do it on safc it's a nono

Overkill is good! it will save you money in the long run it will keep you from upgrading injectors every week or so.

On my first na-t setup i wanted 500whp , when i was ordering my injectors i realise 550cc,880cc cost the same as 1000cc and 1200cc so why spend the money twice or 3 times when you don't have to.
build your car with future goals in mind! gl

RC Engineering has a great worksheet to figure out injector size for your power goals and such. Peep @ http://www.rceng.com/technical.aspx

You can use the stock rail for 400hp and the injectors have to be top feed to fit the stock na fuel rail.

I pieced my fuel kit from various places.its the best way to do it if you don t wanna pay $1600 + for a fuel setup.
