Default oil pan gaskets?? anyone use them??

so i went to autozone today to get a felpro rear main seal. and apparently they sell a lower engine gasket kit for 40 beans. and the rear main for a 2jzgte for 16 bucks.

what i noticed was there is a lower oil pan gasket for the oil pan. now i have 2 tubes of the toyota fipk i didn't think there was a gasket for the oil pan, so i wasn't going to use one. but this NEW development might change things..

so does anyone use oil pan gaskets when removing thier pans??? or just the fipk like i was going to use.

FIP Gasket is the proper stuff to use. I saw the kit too but I wonder why they give you a gasket AND silicone to seal up in their kit. Seems redundant.
