Default trans. fluid advice

I changed the fluid and filter in my SC4 a couple of years ago and I bought a filter and gasket set. I recently took the advice of someone on the forum and used silicone and just cleaned the filter. This is on a diff. SC4 and the fluid was in worse cond. but the tranny has been working great since I bought the car a month ago. So if you havent changed your fluid and filter, you should. The next time I do mine Im buying a new filter and gasket.

Don't use that gasket. The OEM silicone gasket is better. I hate mine right now, but it's already on. It's not leaking that bad, but the edges are wet.
