Did you check coolant levels and they are ok?
Only time my cel and trac lights came on it was because of o2 sensors.

coolant levels are fine......Im kinda confused y the track light and cell would come on at the exact sametime and the only code I'm getting is for a coolant sensor......

Well i just purchased a new temp sensor from napa for $21 and ordered an oem from the local toyota dealer......I'm really not sure what is causing this issue nor do I know what damage not fixing it can do so I figured the napa sensor will hold me over until later next week when the oem one comes in.

im still not sure how these two lights are linked together

Maybe your coolant sensor went wrong at the same time as your o2 sensor and that´s why it gave you that code.
I didn´t change o2 sensors yet and I have CEL and TRAC light only when it rains. The drawback is that I loose traction control when that happens.
