Oil pump, is it VVT-i or Non VVT-i? If you're going to do it "right" the first time then break it down and do all of the gaskets and seals as well. If you do the timing belt, you might as well do the front main seal.

Don't forget you will need a new driveshaft as well, the SC one won't mate up the v160
