Windshield help needed!!!
my windshield has a long crack and needs to be replaced.
since i have a soarer i was wondering if the windshield of an sc would be the same? looking at ******* they look to be the same albeit having a slightly different part no.
windshield shouldt be affected by rhd - lhd, no?
reason im asking is that the sc windshield would cost me half as mch as the soarer one
also can someone tell me what other parts need be replaced when a new windshield is installed? (mouldings etc..)

JIzzle - Some insurance companys will replace your windshield without you having to pay a dedcutible, you may not get the OEM windshield and I think it may depend on the state you are in....check it out...I am having the same problem right now, and I am back and forth with my INS company to get the OEM and not the OEE windshield.

thanks but that wont help me as im not living in the US 
the car is not on the road right now as im working on it to get it back on the road. I will pay for the windshield myself.
got a quote from toyota today:
sc300 windshield: 370€ ($536)
soarer windshield: 650€ ($942)
still waiting for the price of aftermarket windshield
