Default my predicament

well my car is for sale and i havent been pushing to sell it because im not looking to give the car away, so after a bunch of tire kickers ive been back to looking at parts to throw at my car, suspension, areo. and out of the blue someone calls me today saying he needs to have my car so i dont know if i should take it with a grain of salt and keep putting money into my car or hold off and see if it sells

opinions?

I don't mean to sound rude here so don't take it that way.

But why are you asking US what to do with your financial situation?
At the end of the day, it is Just a car. You can't add on to the price because you are attached to the car. But if you want to keep it then keep it lol

Its your car, do with it as you please

Sounds like you don't really want to part with the car, Otherwise, you wouldn't be throwing parts on to it like you said.

Thread went totally off track..

If he buys it then he buys it, if not then throw your money at your car.

Good rule of thumb is if you are thinking about investing money into the car that you may sell in the near future, only invest in parts of the car that will HELP the resale of the car. Parts or aspects of the car that need attention like the leather on seats, paint, etc etc.

If you do purchase aftermarket stuff, make sure and save the stock stuff and only purchase parts that are easily resellable or have a used value.

If I were you, I'd hang on to your SC. If you sold it, you would most likely regret it and end up buying another SC.
