don't mean to accuse you of anything, but you say it works right when you swing it out, just trying to figure out the scerino it's being tested under
and trying to figure out what might be happening
any chance the tires are not a matched set?
just a guess... but I'm thinking one side is "off" either by air pressure or treads might be low...
cause when 1 side doesn't have traction(or resistance), the torque is sent to the other wheel with the traction
Torsen unit is a torque multiplier, and sends a % (like 5:1) of it to the wheel with grip
