I dont know why, but I dont like the other tails for some reason? They chrome borders around everything on this car bug me, lol. In that tail lights thread there's some cool ones, and other than the DIY set (92-94 style with clear instead of amber on top), I'm not really big on the oem tails. I'll check out some pics of roof spoilers though for sure, since that's probably a pretty cheap addition Thanks for the advice!

 

@account2x Me mad? Never that. I have a stock bodied 95 and I'm fine with what I have. Sure you have your opinion but there's certain ways to voice it. If I'm not feeling something I just say I'm not feeling. You on the other hand came off like a **** and put his car down. You'd look less stuck up offering critisizim rather than downing another members car. Also do not get cocky about your car. I know what I have in my garage but it's no reason to make a big deal by posting pics and hyping it up. Thats something for you to grow on.

 

I like how its lookin now. I just need to put a few coats of the plasti-dip on the mesh to get rid of the chicken wire look. It needs something, and that's what I had. As for going back to stock, lmao, no way man! I just wanted to share, and I frequent many many forums being that I sell aftermarket parts for a living. I'm all about the opinions from other members; the whole "Dont post on a public forum if you dont want negative feedback along with the positive" cliche My customer cars are always bad ***, brand new cars with high quality parts. Me, I'm just happy if my car gets me around. Now that it doesn't look like complete *** I feel even better driving it! That's why I'm in this business, to make people feel good about what they drive

Sure some Volk GTS wheels, a high quality WB kit, USDM 2JZ-GTE and 6 speed swap are all options, but that's not the point here. This car is a piece, and I could never justify spending good money on it. The plan was, pick up an SC to get to know the platform, dive in and rip everything out, and make the car a tad more appealing to the Craigslist crowd. I wanted an SC3, but this was a good way to feel out the platform, so I'm excited to sell this, pick up a nice clean SC3 with much less mileage and 100% stock. Then I can justify building on a solid foundation and save up for great parts. Till then I'm just pretending, lol.

Hell yeah man, much appreciated I really plan to do big things with this platform and more than likely build an SC online store based on what I learn from it. I'll be picking up a ton of info while I'm doing the next few SC builds, so why not put that knowledge to good use Granted it all starts with a budget build like this, I'm sure I'll get the itch to drive around SoCal with a street legal TT 6 Speed SC3 in the near future! Somethings got to pay for all that. I just know I need to sell this one before I start to get attached to it (I have a tendency to do that with project cars).

 

i like the car IMO the mesh grill need to go but as it was stated before to each there own

 

I'm just gonna coat the mesh with the black Plastidip, and add it to the other two openings. I need a stock 97+ grille as well so that at least it doesn't look unfinished. It doesn't need to look A+, just better than it does now
