Default i need help!!!!

I have a 1992 sc300 with the 1jz. I want to put the 1jzgte with a stronger auto tranny??what model?? and i heard some thing about supra paddle shifters that link to the transmission? If a setup for it is out there does anyone kno what it is?also i want to run a stronge main drive shaft to a lsd diff. but also dont kno what fits?Please if u kno anything that will help take a minute and give me some info i cant find any true info!!!! thanks guys

supra paddle shifters that is a new one i haven't heard of.... you want to upgrade the transmission talk to pat at level 10.... He's been upgrading supra transmissions for a long time.... as for drive shafts you can have them custom made ....check out boost logic 's web page and look fir the search button there should have plenty of info about it and if not try supra mania forums

yeah i saw it on a utube video in a 1jzgte powerd sc300..i dont want a transmission built i want to just purchase one i heard maybe the w58 can handle up to 800 hp or something like that if not its another transmission model. also dont want to do custom driveshaft i need one that will bolt up to the transmission and whatever lsd i can find to fit the sc300.. need more info

The w58 is a manual, as is the r154.

yes that is the video... so ok what tranny is an automatic that i can use on the 1jzgte that is capible of andleing a desent amount of hp? also what drive shaft and lsd diff will work with the setup please someone answer me

The stock auto in the 300 should hold a stock 1jz-gte fine. If you want quicker shifts you can shim the accumulators to build line pressure.

i will hit 700 hp eventually so i want a auto transmission for the 1jzgte that can handle up to that..also i want the supra shifter (whatever that might be) have not seen pictures of it or how to install it?also no one kno whats type of lsd diff to use???with driveshaft?

I'm not sure any Toyota auto will hold 700hp, there is a way to put a GM turbo 400 behind a jz motor. There are some parts to do it available in the SC classified section on this site. As for the lsd, you can use the internals from the supra unit but I believe the supra housing is too wide to work with the sc axles. If you do switch the internals you will keep your stock driveshaft. If you go the turbo 400 route you may need to have one end changed to a th400 style yoke.
