Only '96 and '97 model years came with a separate remote from the key, so I assume it would only work for those.

Anyone know of a seller for the 92-95 side button keys? I'll just rip the guts out of mine and install them in another if possible.

yes, he had one on ebay. note that the -b version is the one built into the key, not a separate remote. search for HYQWDT intitle and description, and set the search to notify you when one comes around.
