Default Replacing Door Weatherstrip

Its time to start replacing the worn out and sun faded weatherstrip on the door... part number 67861 and 67862. Has anyone replaced this? Is it a easy DIY? i searched and only found the lower door molding but i want the whole entire weatherstrip as shown in the diagram. seems like it would just pop out?

It's pretty straight forward, you just have to remove the door check and line up the clips. Really pay attention to the way the old one sits in place before you remove it.

whats the door check? I figured something might have to come off on the door to install this.. Does the bottom have screws?

should i just go to dealer instead?

Yup just remove the 10 mm bolt. New clips do come with new weatherstrip should be a easy task.

It is very easy to do. It took me 15 minutes max. Mine had a little plastic cover over the 10 mm bolt though.other than that all the clips just fall into place. Just gotta push them in.

I just ripped em outta a gs300 at my local bone yard. What? that door check comes off? Jeesh, I just snipped the weather stripping at the bottom and pulled it off. Oh well. Can't complain for only $5
