SQ400

Ok question for you guys. When I was changing the front two o2 sensor last weekend I notice that my SC4 did not have a sub Cat on it like the photo below.



Instead of the cat like above it has a muffler/resonator I would say. It looks like the unit below in the layout of the exhaust system.



Now looking at the layout it says the cat is on US spec sc4 only. That muffler/resonator is stock from what I can tell from the factory looking welds.

May be a crazy question, does this mean my SC is not US spec? Is anyone else sc4 this way, or seen this on the US models? Or is it because it is a 93 model?

my 95 sc4 came with that same cat i wouldnt worry about it honestly. i dont think everyone cat on there sc is the same they all will vary by the years. my 92 sc had the cat that was on the image
