I seen a lot of people running 2.5" cause its easier to manuver and move around.

Driftmotion.com

Stuff on ebay works.

Intercooler sizing is similar to any other component when building a car, like injector size for example.

What kind of power are you looking for? You need something that will support your goal but not overkill. Too large of an intercooler and piping could result in a pressure drop.

2.5" will be sufficient for that power. I was running 3'' fmic pipes with a 31x12x3 fmic, and with a 10psi spring in the wg, I was actually only boosting to 9psi, and did actually loose some power, which for me was acceptable.

Fit just fine in my SC, and I managed to fit the 3'' pipes with no cutting on the car.

2.5" piping should be fine w/ that power goal, that's what i'm running.

from what ive seen and heard, there is no way to run a m/t ecu with an auto trans. the trans has to run and shift off the ecu, i could be wrong though. why are you wanting to go auto?
