Default Spring Maintenance

Right now my car is sitting under a cover, buried in snow..but once spring rolls around, I need to do some maintenance.

The car has around 125k miles or so and the only thing I've changed is the oil and the thermostat. The serpentine belt was whining and I think the PS pump was going a little crazy too. What are some other maintenance items I should look at? dizzy cap? spark plugs? plug wires? Any input is appreciated.

if the serp belt is making noise then it's time to change that along with the timing belt. Timing belt, water pump, front crank seal, cam seals if they are leaking. Plugs, wires, cap, and rotor wouldn't be a bad idea too.

Sparkies are always a good thing to do. If you are changing spark plugs you might as well clean up the throttle body and air filter.

Rotor and distributor caps are a good thing to take care of as well.
