Need to swap the oil pan for a rear sump, you can either keep the hydrofan, or swap the water pump for one that uses the mechanical fan which will be easier in the long run. You also need to do wiring, which would probably be pretty hard, but I honestly have no idea about the chaser wiring.

I have done it about 2 years ago on my SC, yes the wiring will be the major part.
Use the oil pan, oil pick up and other misc parts from your 2JZ GE.
You will me the Y flange for the oil return line from a TT Supra since they use a rear sump oil pan.
The one from the Chaser will not work since the angle is different and you will need to tap you oil pan.
You will need to reuse the Motor mount bracket from for GE engine. The only bad thing about the Chaser swap is the wiring, but you don't have to worry about shifter extension and majority of the Chaser swaps are clean
You will need a corrola Throttle cable, make sure you replace the PCV Valve because there was a recall on those i will replace just to be on the safe side.
If it's an Auto swap you can reuse the stock SC3 driveshaft if it's manual you will need an MK3 front half and you SC3 rear half.
If you wanna get a decent MPG you will need to swap the diff with GS400 rear diff which is 3.26 gearing and it's perfect for HWY driving.

You can search my username and you will see my thread. GL with the swap

Who did you get to do your wiring? I would normally use dr tweak, but he takes a while to finish these projects.... Also, Is the sc300 a yoke style driveshaft? Because IIRC my sc400 uses a bolt on, like to a rubber peice in the front. Maybe I am not remembering properly.

My 1jz was a JZX90 and I just sent the wiring to Dr tweak. I am so glad I did it. Have not had an issue yet.

Yes Tweak did my wiring, he is one of the best. You can pay for priority service and have your harness back the next lol that's what i did it cost me about $910 total but it was worth it.

Yes the SC3 has a Yoke and slide in the trans, the SC4 uses the 3 bolts style flange.
