Default 402hp stock everything. just about

Trying to see how far we can go with mostly components stock on 93 octane.
stock hg
440cc injectors
aeromotive 340 intank
gt45
tt ecu mod
10psi
8 degree base timing
402hp@6300 Cutoff

afr's around 12.6 little lean but i think were going to try 12psi today. nice having your own dyno.

I'm guessing you're going na/t with TT electronics? Or just TT ecu mod?
Those are impressive numbers so far!!
Just make sure you don't run it lean on stock injectors and then Boom more $ for new head and block

402 on pump and 440c is about right. And those are pretty conservative numbers! What are the specs on that g45? Could be the reason for your high digits on low boost. Compression is about 10 to 1 or something close to that. On pump gas has been said on high compression could start to be a problem. Especially on the bottom end. I say drop a tt gasket and arp studs and get some sort of piggy or safc and some bigger injectors and you should be knocking on 500 hp door.

wow thats actually incredible numbers. I'm on a USDM OBDII TT ecu, and my car dynoed at 332 on 10psi. And I have 550 injectors, egr delete, no cats, and 3 inch exhaust, is300 coils, and all that jazz.

So what am i doing wrong here?

I might be only hitting 9psi now that i think about it. Im on stock HG as well

Wow. I didn't know i would be causing so much anger. I basically wanted to post some info on here, because i myself ran into so much discrepancy on information when preparing my build. So much information and MIS information. So i am sharing what I personally have done myself.

I am running an HKS 50mm wastegate. I have the driftmotion 14psi spring installed but it only will do 10psi. Turbo to wastegate. (by the way we bought 2 of those springs and installed the other in my friends 1.5j with the same hks wastegate and the same result)

I am using an factory aristo ecu that i got from Ali SC3.
VVTI coils
Aristo TT NON VVTI Auto Transmission
GTE jspec upper
NGK4644 .027gap

I know all about whats needed for the next step but wanted to put out there what i tested with accuracy. i do know i'm about at the limit but just wanted to put accurate information out there for guys with the setup of the tt ecu mod. Thats all. God Bless

those are good numbers.. man I should have kept that ecu but good to see it put to good use. maybe the numbers are so good because you seem to be on the leaner side of things, might want to richen it up a touch for safety and swap to 550's and use a fuel controller. I think when your turbo is high flowing like that its time for 550's normally the stock tune is like a 10-11 afr in boost and you wouldn't make as much power. still good numbers though its a bit higher than what we are used to seeing for those boost levels, what size is that gt45 and whats a J spec upper.

Oh that's awesome. A great tune and efficient setup coupled with a well maintained motor, I'm not surprised. Good work!
