Default Ready to Lower

Done the wheels, intake mod, the magnaflows. Now I'm ready to lower my car. I want to go more than an inch lower. So, no eibachs for me. I guess I have to go intrax or supra? What year(s) supra?

What else will I need? New Shocks? What kind? Make/model(part numbers would be great)

Install is about $200? And I will need an alignment?

Any place online you guys can recommend to order from?

..thanks in advance..

This might be a dumb question, but how come the NA is .1" lower than the TT drop? (Front end) Does the NA ride higher than the TT in stock form?

Krypto,

Are you talking about OEM Supra springs? To the best of my knowledge, that won't give you a 'more than an inch' drop. I am just about to order them (the TT's) and expect approx. a 0.5 drop.

Acctis,

The model he quoted is an Eibach number.

krypto,

You need the N/A springs...not the turbo

Default Spring #

The part # for non turbo supra is K8234.140.
I found a pretty good deal online, 215 for springs and 370 for shocks shipped anywhere in US, too bad I'm not in the states.

My opinion,

I would get them from Tirerack.com for the simple reason that you might not like the ride, need warranty replacement, or need a place that stocks their own parts.

I bought the KYB SC300 struts (non-adj) and did not like the ride at ALL. I called Tirerack, they said go ahead and ship them back whenever you get them replaced (within reason) and we will give all your money back. Not a single problem. Boxed them back up a couple weeks later and they credited my card.

If the another place is 20% or 30% cheaper....maybe.. but for a few bucks, I would get them locally or from a big place like Tirerack

Why? I am buying the turbo eibach springs and kyb agx or the tockico's. I'm not sure on the struts I want. Anyone use the tockico's. I would like to avaoid the yellow color to keep things looking cleaner - I like the red on kyb's, it would match the paint scheme a lot better.

I think someone stated that the spring rates on the N/A are a closer fit to the SC300 with the additional drop being the difference. But hey, go ahead and give it a shot.

I think Supra TT eibach springs lower 1.2" front 1" rear and NA springs lower 1.3" front and 1" rear.
