Need a diagnosis (video inside)
My '95 sc400 has been making this noise for the past few days and I need to know if it is air in the lines or do I need a new steering pump. It is not any harder to steer the car but the noise becomes louder when I turn the wheel.

If it is air in the lines, I found this video on how to drain the steering fluid on a gs400 and I was wondering if it would be same method to drain my fluid as well.

I'm not driving my SC until I fix the problem so it's Camry time all the time for me. Thanks in advance!

Edit: plus it was doing this when it was 80 degrees

Turkey basted the fluid and replaced it. Noise is completely gone. Haven't been able to drive yet because my headlights are off for my TSX retrofit so I'll see if it returns when that is done.

Call these guys and get a quote. Then PM me & let me know what they say. I did my S&S on my 400, its not an easy job at all. I might be willing to do this job for you. Depends on the money.
I plan going true duel along with x-pipe and high flow cats when I get them installed.
