Default Power Steering pump noise (with video)

Yesterday I noticed some liquid on the driveway and it appeared to be power steering fluid. One of the hoses along the bottom of the engine bay had power steering fluid all over it. I cleaned it off and it has been dry since the cleaning. There was noise coming from the engine bay and was not sure what it was. I also noticed I was a little low on fluid and added some. I took a video just to let you guys hear what it sounds like when I move the wheel. There is like a humming or an irregular noise that occurs when the wheel is turned. Do I need a new power steering pump?

is this when you go full-luck on the wheel?
mine does the same thing, but I think it's because I never hooked up the plug that lets it know what "mode" to be in...this was all theoretical thinking though. My steering wheel is a bit harder to turn than what would seem normal, and there is a plug near it left alone from the 1jz swap.

To bleed it you need to jack up the front end, and turn the wheel lock to lock back and forth(with engine running I believe). You actually are supposed to do this 2-3times.

I need to do mine as well.

Start tearing apart your system and cleaning the filters. Get fresh fluid in and start bleeding. Once the system got low, you introduced air into the system. You need to bleed.

Replaced PS Pump and still have whining
