like the title says. Before my car wouldnt even keep its idle but I just recently sprayed tb cleaner in the tb to clean the iacv and now it atleast idles. My car idles around 700 when its cold and somtimes wants to die. I have no cel,with some smoke out of the exhaust and stinky smell. It also seems like it doesnt pull as hard from 3.5k rpm and up, but lower rpm seems fine. Any ideas why my car doesnt even idle high at start??

 

You might try pulling your TB off and doing a more thorough cleaning of it, as well as the IACV's insides in particular. There are threads here on the subject. Then do the stepper motor checks on the IACV and the TPS adjustments. Besides obvious tune up stuff (plugs, cap, rotor, wires), I would bet that will improve things a lot for you.
