With so many people running this out there I'm sure someone would know. THANKS

Usually lip kits need work to fit it perfectly. Not every kit will pop right on without any work. Where is it off at?

Its off at the sides kind of and also where the tag is. But the main problem is that it isn't snug at all. The inside of the lip has a flap pointing downwards and seems to be making the lip not fit snugly.

I'm guessing i cant install this on my own and have to pay a body shop another $400.

sound like it might have warped or something. I am not sure though. Give it some time on here on the forums. I am sure you will get an answer by tomorrow. Many members are probably having Halloween parties today so getting an answer might take some time.

i dont have that perticular part, but as far as with any kit, you pretty much have to make the measurements yourself and cutout whatever needs to be cut out.

If its a replica that's why those never fit you have glass up some stuff up bondo some little things here and there it just takes time don't expect it to pop on right away. I was going to buy a jic replica kit from vis but they told my friend to to buy it because of the fitment. Its pretty bad sorry good luck though

The rear of my JIC install was the worst part. I think it was more the clowns at the body shop than anything. They didn't even remove the 97 rear parts. I'm gunna have to do it again. Anyway its screws by the wheel wells and these brackets for the bottom, 2 screws by the License plate, and Im pretty sure the rest is that double stick body tape. Good luck man.

I have a guy who can install it for you and make it look perfect. He is a body man and works magic, but he is in modesto, but I will promise you will not regret it.
