*Update On Page 12*

I've been on here for a little while, some of you know my car. Never really felt the need to have a build thread, but lately i've decided to document the transformation and stages my SC will go through. I'll have to do some back tracking, But here goes...

1992 SC300.
when i first got it, after the mandatory rotor/cap/wires/plugs tune-up, i immediately ditched the stockers and swapped one of my old wheels from a previous car. got some lowering springs/shocks, slotted/driled rotors & pads, 92+ lip wing, and single magnaflow exhaust. Of course, these were just to hold me over until i figered out what i really wanted to do with this mammoth...




soon after, i picked up some Volk GT-AVs, which after i finnally mounted tires on, was diriving in Tampa when...BAM, a nice pothole destroyed one of my fronts beyond repair. since these wheels were discontinued, it was a PITA to find a single replacement, so i sold the remaining 3 wheels.

 

I like. Tails and exhaust aren't my taste but overall she looks good.

 

looks great. what are your tire sizes? and width of wheels on the 19s?

 

loving the wise lip, i was never fond of blacked out tails.

 

its a shame what happened to the set of volks but then again ***t happens, your sc seems to be going the right track tho

I did the 3 wheelz swap as well, now workng on the 4th.
I"m feeling Everything but the tails.
Lose them, like I did with the black altezzas.

i already put the tails back to stock. only had them blacked out for a week, i eventually got tired of them. i planning to swap to 95 tails anyway.

didnt take any pics. it wasent some kind of interesting damage ppl havent seen before. the barrel was warped.

I agree. Not my taste on the all black tails, but glad to hear you went with the other ones instead. Keep the updates and pictures coming. Thanks for sharing. I like the stance of the new wheel/rim combo too.
