Default What wheels?

Ok I've been searching for a while now and still need help. I am not loaded with money to pour into my car. I am looking for a set of wheels for my sc400. It is all stock in terms of height and everything, probably forever unfortunately. So i need offsets that will fit that without any modifications to it. I also do not have enough money to get any high end brands . So i need wheels that cost at most 400 each. Let me know what would look good on my sc. It is diamond white pearl btw. Thank you Cl members.

Thats a hard decision. What we like as CL members, you may not like. I would say in that price range maybe some ADR or start saving for better rims. If you are planning to just add rimzzz, with stock height, then I would go 19's. They fill the large fender gap and you can run a 40 series tire in the front, and a 35 in the rear, at 8.5 wide all the way around without any fender mods. Just my opinion, and .02!

Where in TN are you?

You said you are wanting to go no higher than $400 each...as in $1600 for all four wheels, plus the cost of tires? That's a pretty nice budget for somebody who doesn't have a lot to put into wheels, haha. I'd say stay under 19" if you plan to stay on stock suspension, look into brands such as ADR (as mentioned), MSR, or maybe even Sport Edition if you're looking for a respectable, economical wheel. You can pick up a set of 4 18x8 on Tire Rack for less than $600 shipped, the pick up some tires locally or just add them to your order. Also, I'm personally a fan of Enkei EKM3s, but to each their own.

Thanks for the advice, and yah i said at most 400 because most of the wheels sets ive heard of have been around 2k-4k all together, and thats WAY too much. I would rather have wheels that were 200 each but idk how many nice wheels u can find for that much. As for tires, my dad is a dealer so he can probably get some good deals on those.

Thanks again for the advice cl members.

Just found these, they look pretty nice, right size, i think ill go with 1992 lexus's advice and get 19 x 8.5, which finish would look better with a diamondwhitepearl sc400? im kinda leaning towards gold, but maybe silver?

Gold if you've got the gold package on it, otherwise I'd stay simple with silver. Maybe post a picture of your car so we have a better idea of what to gauge our opinions off of?

If you're looking into xxr, you should take a look at sportmaxx and rotas too. The replica TE37 rota offers aren't bad and most of them are concaved which is nice

XXR is sportmaxx... right?

The 962's will look fine, plenty of people have those. There's always the MB Battles that the 240 guys tend to lean towards. When deciding between 18/19 keep in mind tire prices for 19's are a good bit more.
