Default Should I buy these wheels?

I am getting quite a deal from a friend that owns a shop. The wheels are Lexion 401's and will set me back $1400 for four. They are Diamond Cut and the numbers are:

20x8.5 +22 (front)
20x10.5 +27 (rear)

My car is completely stock, but will get some lowering springs for the time being. Are there any forseeable problems and who else may be interested in getting blowout priced wheels?

i would think so, those 20's are wider and more aggresive than mine and if it wasnt for the 2degrees of camber i have i would rub ....so do the math

Sounds good. Can't look too good unless you put some work into it!

I have the same wheels with same offsets and width. They fit ok but had to shave the rear fender lip all the way off, or flush if you will.
