Honestly, I've seen a lot of new cars with matte 3M vinyl wrapped around their window trims. I know my GF's Honda Fit has the window trim wrapped from the factory. My old Mazdaspeed Protege was the same way. Just buy any high performance matte black vinyl online and make it a DIY project. It's not that difficult with a little soapy water, exacto, and a heat gun. If you're in the norther Virginia area, give me a shout and I can help.
ill let u no wen im ready lol heard u went to meet narvin at toyota like 2 weeks ago i went ther to get coolant
My SC has a more VIP style vs sport look about it so I leave the window trim chrome.
I guess it all comes down to personal style. I'm a few months away from wrapping this
whole vehicle as I'm making it a promotional car for my business.
Hell yes that looks awesome. But tape? ehhhh I dunno bout that. Gotta be a better more permanent way
Vinyl is a little better than normal everyday tape. I've had this on my car now for over a year and I've never had a problem with it whatsoever. It's definitely not coming off anytime soon unless I try and yank it off the car but as long as I own this car it's staying on there....haha

2.5tsoarer did it for free for me since I've known him for awhile now Honestly though it would not cost you very much if you went to your local vinyl graphics store. I think it makes the windows look alot more sleek.
