Okay, so I've been looking at threads for about an hour now and can't find any satisfactory answers. I installed a Kenwood head unit and everything works fine but it's bypassing the volume control and isn't loud enough. I know why it won't work but I don't know how to fix it aside from installing new amps and running new wires. I can't even find a wiring diagram that includes the volume control. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

 

When you install an aftermarket headunit in the SC, your OEM volume **** won't work. Maybe someome has figured out how to pull it off but I never did. That is why some people will actually shave the **** and fill in the hole.
