hello im still kinda new to this but My new JDM headlights seem to be acting weird my left halo seem to dim while its on and my right hedlight with the 3 mini lights the far right one doesnt glow has anyone encountered with this problem?

Sorry but none of the "JDM" lights had halo's or 3 mini lights in them. I have a feeling your referring to ebay headlights...post some pics to clarify.

 

is it wired right? maybe a wire is just commin loose

cheap cclf bulbs, shoddy chinese craftsmanship.
everything else works, so it's a problem with the lamps themselves. not something you can readily "fix." you would need to open them up and replace the faulty components.

 

id try to send them back them back to whoever you bought them and let them know there defective...and maybe swap one for one...

or you can keep the lenses and hack them up to fit the stock housing
