I read something about that but, this car only has 110,xxx miles.it's a 93' any other ideas? How would I know for sure if it is the ECU?don't think it's the head gasket cause I just cranked it for the first time today drove fine last night.
I thought it smelled of gas but,my dad says different. It sat for about an hour while we checked here and there and I cranked it again and drove it while it smoked for a couple min and now it seems fine? The only thing I can think of that I messed with was I switched the heater vacuum hose back the other night cause it's 97 degrees out here so in the winter I have temporary heat. but,I don't think that would cause it.Should I be worried about it happening again?

ecu.....fine one sec, back to smoking and skipping the next...borrow a injector test diode from a garage to verify. When it's smoking, one injector plug (or more) will keep the light on continuously instead of pulsing.
Well I did swap the VAC and let it sit overnight and it didn't stir any problems.I filled up the tank and I've been driving it now for a few days with no problems.I don't know what caused it but,I hope it's not an early warning.

PS- The vac hose you switched caused blowback in the intake. Most likely all of the blowback was PS fluid. The intake pressurizes the PS switch and it reverses flow when you do things like that. "Equal and opposite reaction".
Wrap it in a blanket, turn the heat on, feed it some soup.
