I have a 92 SC300, and it has the factory fog lights on it. The problem is they dont work. I was wondering if they should turn on when I turn the headlights on, or if there is a special switch to turn them on that I dont know about. My guess is that the bulbs are dead, and I need new ones. I looked at it today and couldnt find any way to get to them replaced without having to take the whole damn front bumber off. If anyones knows an easier way, PLEASE tell me. THANKS
Thanks for the replies. As soon as I read them I went out to my garage to see if you were correct. And you were. The lights come on when you have your headlights on and you turn on the turn signal in any direction. The weird thing is that I dont get the point of them, because they dont blink, and they arent yellow. So all they do is turn on in the direction of the turn signal??? WEIRD. Anyways thanks allot, If it werent for your replies I would have taken the bumper off to try to replace the bulbs.
they don't blink?? they only "turn on" when you're turn signals are on? so when you're blinking, they're not really blinking...they just stay on? haha...that's weird. i didn't know that.
They are "turn assistance lamps", for example, to illuminate a dark driveway before turning in, a really crappy idea, they are much more usefull when being used as driving or fog lamps.

Bill is right, they aren't supposed to blink. If you look at Caddy's and minivans (i'm pretty sure the ford's do) when they put their turn signals on, they have the same thing.
