If you drive on the street and don't push your brakes you can get your parts at any local store. I've had good luck with Wagner Thermoquiets, low dust and minimal squeaking, if any.

You should probably be consistent with the company you buy the parts from. What I mean is that I used OEM pads with Wagner rotors and the combination is noisy. I am not sure what the difference is in materials but I have never had a noise issue when I use only OEM parts.

So far I've only used Toyota brake pads. They have minimum brake dust and stop well both when cold and warm. I have not experienced any fading while street driving. Unless you take your car to track events or auto cross there is no need for more expensive brake pads or rotors.

I've used Napa rotors with success on my stable of prior Toyota vehicles. If you want to keep it quiet, use OEM pads. I advice against race application pads use on the street. The general rule is that race pads are designed to be used when properly warm. That can be achieved on the track, but not in street application.

Axxis metal masters give off a lot of brake dust and wear down rotors quite fast regardless of driving style. On a rear-heavy 1st generation MR2 I used a combination of EBC green stuff pads on the front and axxis metal masters in the rear to correct the front brake bias. This is not necessary on the Lexus. EBC pads were very high quality and gave off no noise. Shop around for best prices.
