A vehicle manufactured 1995 or earlier must pass a fuel system integrity check for gas vapors as part of the SMOG check in Ca. The gas cap is part of the system. The test adds an extra $20 to the fee. Just had it done in May.

 

Yeah I was just looking for the comparable part from toyota because it was cheaper. But if there isn't one, Ill just order from Lexus.
