FM Intercooler size for 97+ front bumper
Hey guys im in the install process right now. I got my piping layed out pretty much that should fit. Can someone show me their pictures of their 2jzgte underneath for me to the throttle body so I can see where to go through mine? (one jay? jamesn?) (I checked the other thread and its all NA-T or doesnt have a undershot. Mine looks like this right now..

also how did you guys mount your intercooler? these brackets dont fit..

I just routed mine underneath and to the side of the power steering lines, but I had to remove the splash guard to do so. I would have had better luck if I had pushed the lines to the side and made them go more toward the middle of the car. Try using two 90º bends, but cut them a little shorter.

I used a U bend and cut it down the middle, but don't do that! If I had cut the piece that connects to the intercooler a little shorter, I would have been able to avoid more of the ps lines.

wow this is a b@#$#@ to do..
one side finished turbo side. (not the best routing but it clears my fog lights.)

on to the other side!

It looks tight.. but theres enuff free play up and down for me to fit the pipe here. ( 1/2 - 1 inch of free play) Is it safe to do this???????

We ended up removing the washer tank to free up space for the piping. I tried using the little brackets that came with it but they didnt hold up for too long, ended up breaking due to the car's lowness. Soooo, we took 2 aluminum plates and welded the fmic to the crash bar
Congrats on the new upgrade. Looks great. You have done alot to your car since you got that IS wheel from me. I love fabing stuff & making things fit where there not suppose to.
