Default Steering studder when turning wheel while stopped? (video)

I just replaced my old steering rack with a remanufactured OEM rack from the dealer along with new OEM tie rod ends. I only replaced the old rack because it had a torn boot and I did not have any problems prior to removal. Everything has been installed and torqued properly.

Now after having the new rack, the steering shudders when turning the wheel left or right on any type of surface.Even after I had it properly aligned today and it still makes this shudder when turning the wheel left and right at a stand still. When it does this, it makes the whole front end shake pretty bad.

Here is a video of the wheel being turned left and right.

My 97 does the same thing occasionally. Still not sure what causes it. I have the original steering rack in my car. All i know is when the reservoir is topped off it doesn't happen much.

After driving it today, it seems that the steering only shudders when I am turning the wheel to the LEFT. My reservoir levels are fine.

there could be dirt and debris in the system, if it is a new systemm you have to wait for it to break in. i just replaced the ps pump on my old fox mustang, and i was getting the studder, now it is gone after some use.

That sounds like its coming from the tire? Like when your on certain surfaces? Thats what it sounds like to me . You said you have proper alignment but whats your scrub radius?
