Default Steering issue. Please advise

I noticed about a week ago that my alignment was out. The steering wheel was not centered. But then a couple of days later, I began to notice that the direction I would have to hold the wheel in is not always the same. Depending on the lean of the road and the direction I last turned in, sometimes I would have to hold the steering wheel slightly pointing left in order to go straight, and other times, I would have to hold it to the right.

I guess "hold" isn't even really the word I'm looking for. There is barely any resistance.

What's going on with my Lexus?

You need to replace the steering rack bushings.

There is a thread here. Search for "Steering Rack bushings" w/ member name "D1GP". You'll find the thread w/ pics to do it yourself.
