Does the squealing get worse when turning the steering wheel all the way side-to-side while the car is stationary? How about if you turn the AC on high at the lowest temp setting?

No when turning the steering wheel the noise does not change, I was observing the engine while the car was on and I think it might be a bad pulley or something. And yes, when the A/C is on it squeals more. I also had my mechanic look at the car and he told me it was my tensioner, but I don't want to start fixing one thing at a time and it doesn't solve the problem I rather just fix it all at once. And if anyone else has any other suggestions on what it could be please tell.
