Well, the guy that has this 5 speed, has a driveable car. It is missing most of the outer sheetmetal, and interior parts. But it is a driveable skeleton.

Man, I sure wish that I could get you down here to help with this conversion. We could take all the pics that are needed with my swap

naw u need bell housing adaptor, custom flywheel howe bearing and hydraulic lines. redphoenix is the man fro sc400 manual swaps!

buy the full conversion kit. then take the parts it comes with off the list i provided.

Quantum auto has the r154 kit. I need their flywheel, clutch and then a r154 front drive shaft to finish my swap!

What about the tranny mount for a r154? Mine wouldn't fit. I have the auto crossmember with a mkiii bushing.....

what rear part of the driveshaft do you have to get i have the r154 front part! and the trans thats it though.... i cant find it on quantam auto wtf!!

Try www.bulletcars.com in Australia for the r154 swap. They have a kit that comes with the bell housing, clutch, slave cylinder, and flywheel. Nice guys, too! Ask for Mark if you call.
