HY!

yes, i will install the Supra housing in the SC

Yesterday evening, i rebuilt the both diffs. it was not difficult, all parts fits perfect

i tested also the clearance of the pinion and i was surprised, the both have also a clearance, but not so much as before the LSD in the SC housing, look in the vid.

i tested also only the pinion in th housings, the from the SC needs more energy for move as in the TT housing.

i hope, i become this friday the 35mm nut and then i can change the flange

Whoa! That is a lot of free play. I would check backlash with a dial indicator for sure. That seems a bit extreme.

HY!

yes.. its much! but original! the SC diff have only 18600miles, and the TT Diff only 40000miles.

My friend will check his original diff with ~100.000miles and the Supra LSD with ~55.000miles. i hope he makes also a vid.

HY!

Yesterday, i filled up the oil in the TT LSD and no clearance more feel and to hear ok..i s good

Today, i recieved the 35mm nut, but the was 5mm too short but we have "extended"

The flange to change is easy, but easer to do this on the car with closed rear brake to open the crew connection.

I fitted with the impact driver, first on stage 1 carfully and fixed complete with stage 4. Not more as 1-2mm more tighten up. its ok, not stronger to turn.

extended nut

flange SC vs Supra

pinion rearside

ready to install

HY!

Today the final drive, all ok, no clearance, not more as original But the car feels lazy, all gears too long I tested with GPS 2 times 0-60miles. approx 7,8 seconds, not fast, With the oem diff was 7 sec. Next step this year or in the winter: change to 4.08 from the friends SC300 (is a open) with LSD

HY!

Last week, i go to my Lexus Dealer to adjust the suspension with the new setup, all ok! The SC drives very good

on the way home, i taked 2 pictures with my phone:

for a better light in the trunk, i changed the single LED to a led panel with warm white LED´s, it looks very good

in originla is a little bit more brighter.

Also, i bought 2 oem header gaskets, for the change to the new headers

fits perfect!

and to check the A/F, a AEM Gauge

One Problem with the new exhaust is, the tips going to outside of the car in the holes, and looks not good.

A friend had custom made this spacer for the rubber mountings.

before

after, looks better

on the other side the same

i hope, i can install on sunday the new centerpipe in the exhaust,
