$$$$ Has this ever been done on a SC$$$$
So I was thinking a crazy idea this morning while I was in bed,
I wanted to know if it can be done or has it been done.. The idea is swaping a GS400 engine into a sc.. Let's say 98-00 sc.. Has this ever been done before??? The reasons for it is, the gs is one of the fastest sedans that's has been ever made " I think it's number 3 or 4 ever made" also the GS4 has more power, faster and has better mpg or around the same... So my questions is has this been done... If so, will would I need the GS4 tranny as well? Ok so ideas and comments always... Ps Go Lakers!! Sorry for all you jazz fans!!

I'm going to blow your mind right here...
It's the same engine in the sc400.
Quick edit here, GS400 is NOT one of the fastest sedans ever made, infact it's probably at the bottom end for luxury sedans.

It's obvious you haven't done any searches, whatsoever. (Google, here, etc.)
It is best if you do, and so simple.
Think logically, first- what engine IS IN the GS?... Ok, search that. Found. (2 seconds)
Ok, search what engines are found in an SC... Ok, searched and found. (2 seconds)
1+1... Break out giant calculation machine... Found.
It's really as simple as that!
I guess it's easier to just post though, so good job on that!

I really would have love to seen people all get together and actually let him spend the money to do the whole swap of the engine into an sc300 just to realize later he has now accomplished a factory spec sc400
