does anybody have an aftermarket air intake system? what kind of performance did you receive? what manufacturer makes it for the sc400?

There are a couple of systems out there. Rod Millen has one out there.

What a lot of people do though is just get a MAF adaptor and a Cone filter and that gives you a intake system right there.

I will be designing an intake system soon,to attach to the standard airbox,I hope for it to be quite simple & effective..I do not believe a ram pod makes any differance,,Mine just made the exhaust note a bit throatier..( DONT FORGET all that hot air under there ??? )If you wanna see how a pod will work ,,just unclip the cover for the filter insert & remove it,,you will get a sucking noise from that..
