Default Help. Jerking while driving around 2k

Hello,

I'm having some problems with my 1992 sc400, When I am driving at a steady rate with the rpm just shy of 2k the car dose not want to continue to keep the steady speed and begins jerks in and out even though my foot stays on the pedal at the exact position to maintain speed. It reminds me as if you were to pop the clutch and put it back in. Could this be the throttle position censer is burnt out??? I could make a video a post it if this helps?

Thanks.

Default Come on Guys

I find your responses somewhat funny and ironic but I really do need the help and I would really appreciate a mature response relative to the discussion. So what do you think it could be?

Changed your spark plugs / wires lately? Ive had a car behave oddly due to these.

But from what your describing ive had my honda have the same symptoms. The wires going to the TPS were chewed in some spots for some reason which would cause me to run very lean and the car would buck. On another occasion same car, I installed a TPS without calibrating it and it cause the same problems as before. I used a multimeter and made sure the TPS was recieving the proper amounts of voltage with the power on and with the engine started wide open throttle. I know this isnt on a lexus but im sure its similar for most japanese imports.
