Default 1jz start up problems

I swapped in a 1jzgte since my last one blew up. I checked all my sensors and they all have power but not sure if they have spark. It wants to turn over just doesnt have enough spark to start it. My teacher thinks it could be the ecu. We put a diode on one of my injectors and it only blinks once and it is suppose to blink more then that. We have been working on he problem for two weeks and i figured maybe someone on here may have had the same problem. Thanks

check the wiring from the engine harness connector to the crank sensor... Due to age, when tuggin and pulling they sometimes seperate. Not providing the right contact..

ECU on the 1JZ will bad without any warning so it might be the ECU.

Well we found out my cams have no power going to them. They plug off the harness isnt putting power to the cams. Would an ignitor be the cause of this?
