Default "knocking" sound from right front wheel?????

i recently stared hearing a knocking sound coming from the right front part of my sc only when i go over bumps. even over very little bumps, a knocking sound is easily heard. my dads 02 gs has a similar sound coming from it too. i just got new rims, tires, and springs about 3 months ago but i first noticed the noise about a week and a half ago. also im hearing a scraping or rattling noise comming from my exhaust anywhere between 2 and 3 k rpms. doesnt sound like a big deal just sounds like a loose bolt or something else loose. but any suggestions or answers would be great, thanks

I 2nd the lug nuts. Same thing happened to me on my other car. The lug nuts were loose. Lucky the tire didn't fall off, or did damage to the hub/rotor
