Really rich, high rpm and when you let off the gas, unburnt gas goes out the exhaust, hits the cold air and combusts.

Its science.

strait pipes no cats (headers preferably) run your engine at 12-13 to 1 A/F R and you should get little pops when your shift at redline...

the guy whos car i saw spitting flames had stocko ceramic wheel turbos..so not very good for the wheels id imagine :/
