Unhappy please help

I have a really wierd grinding noise coming from the engine area on my sc400. it only occurs while in idle, while accelerating slowly or maintaining a slow speed, below 40 mph. Does anybody know what could be the cause of this and how expensive it might be to fix? and if not im taking offers to sell, 95 SC400 165k white, brand new speakers

I wonder if your pistons are sticking in your breaks.
