Default Need a favor, please.

I hope Red Phoenix doesn't mind (His photo), but, I am painting my car very soon and I plan on also 2 toning the interior with SEM vinyl paint. My question is, what would the headliner look like, if it was also painted black with fabric paint?

I'd like to know if someone can take this pic and make the headliner black to give me an idea of what it would look like. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks!!

Don't bother painting it. just re do the liner yourself. That's what I'd say.

^^ looks great, i'm working on that too.

Take the ceiling board out, spray it with 3m spray glue, then spread the cloth out and spray it too. Then wait for 15 mins and lay the cloth .

This will be my 3rd car i'm doing it to

I'm on the fence on this one. I dont know which I would do since I have had very good luck with SEM paint on everything else.

Hmmm. I think I sprayed mine black with Ritz. Its been so long I cant remember...but when I was deciding to either spray or have it professionally done, I found a forum where someone sprayed it so I decided to take a chance. Good Luck.

Not sure if the extra dark is good, I say keep it tan. Even the all black interior cars have light gray.

The same reasoning goes for lighter colored ceilings and stuff. If you go dark, get some bright white LED's for the interior
