EGR delete; resistor custom made, pic...
96, SC300, I changed valve cover seals (parts from dealer) and spark plugs(NGK PK6EB11, $7 each). Next I'm doing EGR block off. I used 2 plates to blocked off EGR and I made custom resistor for EGR sensor plug-in. What do you guys think?

yes indeed, it took me 1hr to take the dam thing out, it was so bad inside. now i'll have better air flow in the IM.
thoes of you who did EGR delete, what did you do on last picture(tubes near fire wall)? I didn't bother to take out the hard lines under very last IM, so i just decided to plug it or connect. Do you guy know what tube I plug or connect? appreciated if you help me out or pictures.
thank you

congrats. did this like 2 years ago.
if you search you should be able to find my thread with pictures and description. instead of a drain plug i went to NAPA and got a freeze plug. i had the part number and size posted as well.
when i did my egr delete i removed all the VSV's as well as the vacuum canister underneath the intake manifold. i also removed all the unnecessary vacuum hose, which is pretty much all of them.
the only ones i have left on my intake manifold is fuel pressure regulator, heater valve, and brake booster.
used a 10,000 ohm 1/2 watt resistor. have never had check engine light issues.
