why wouldnt a stock engine drop into the SC frame?

Im talking about a 1uzfe into a sc300. I was just wondering if the chassis's are a bit different cause im contemplating doing this in my sc300.

I'm doing the opposite swap, Would you care to trade some parts? I've got a very good condition Radiator and fan shroud, Cluster and a few other IUZ specific parts on my shelf.
