Well, I think this might be the right section. I have a 97 SC300.
i turned the car off after driving it. and i started hearing this loud scraping noise and i jump out of the car to see what it is. and it was vibrating really violently under the hood. and for a minute or so this clear liquid poured out. and it smelled like burnt rubber.
My first inclination is that your clutch fan is hitting your fan shroud. In rare cases, under hard driving or an impact can cause the radiator fan to disintegrate the plastic around the fan.
The clear liquid might be an indication of either coolant from the radiator or water from the A/C compressor. The burning smell is a sign of a bad serpentine belt.

After more investigation, it looks like maybe the crank shaft bolt might have broken and the pulley worked itself off the shaft. The belt came off the pulley. The fan is making contact with the crankshaft pulley. Coolant is basically everywhere.
lol... if you want help you gotta be a lil bit more specific...like where did the liquid come from? idk...jus sayin...
The liquid is clear and inside the engine bay there is green liquid... Coolant and what not. So we got that settled.

I'll have a picture in a second.
I wasn't driving hard or hit anything. Right before it happened, I was backing into my parking space in a parking deck. I noticed the exhaust was really loud, and I think the car might have been overheating while this happened.
