Which do you Prefer!!??!!
Alright so im piecing my turbo project together and im curious what you guys/girls think is a better way to mount the intercooler......down in front like most ppl do or the whole cool custom job where it sits on top so its like the first thing you see when u open your hood.
ive seen it done before and i know that it has its benefits and disadvantages but just wanna know ppls .02$ thnx
This is my engine btw.. 2JZ GTE DOHC Twin Turbo Engine only Toyota Aristo

I would say for best performance, go with a sealed V-mount setup if you have the know how to make it all work and have the fabricating touch with some metal..if not, just go with a standard front mount and show it off without having to open your hood
unless you're gonna be driving with a modified/cut open hood, then its pointless to do a top mount IC.
other than that, stick to the regular IC placement.
some "cool looking" things can get retarded if they're not functional.

Yea makes sense...those fabricating resources are limited here in indiana hehe :/
